Phil has been saying for a while that we should do our own banking interest free. and I think that the tradition of the church actually did it that way. I mean you've probably talked to FJ about it. but from what I remember the money was all pooled together. not just 10%. that was an old testament suggestion(pardon the word). So not really pooled together but gave to the church and the church would distribute it as it was needed. loans and whatnot were taken care of by the church. of course if we were going to try this out we would have to not buy so much stuff anymore. which is a good thing. we would have to live simpler because we just won't be able to afford it.

Yeah, Phil even predicted the current economic Crisis, I think maybe he should be an economist.
It's hard not to think the banks have been so devious with the government's blessing, it's evil but its been made to look normal. stupid banks. I am so glad I am at a credit union.

I mean, they still do interest, but it's a little better in the way they lend money based on deposits and not based on debt.
